🏆 Crisis Response Hall of Fame: The internet shut down when Cloudflare had an oopsie and we all have something to learn from this straight-talk apology. “I won’t mince words: earlier today we failed our customers and the broader Internet. […] That issue, impact it caused, and time to resolution is unacceptable.” Way to say the thing!
