👻 Culture killer: New research from bink found that most (78%) employees define culture not by your values statement, but by what leadership tolerates (as in, acceptable behaviors they exhibit). Save this for the next time you're asked to comms your way out of a toxic culture.

🎂 Is it slop? LinkedIn rolled out a "seems like AI slop" button and the bots posters are freaking out. WSJ's Patrick Coffee says PR & marketing posts are 71.8% slop (ew), though we aren't the worst offenders.
